During the winter months picture fields filled with the golden hues of Khorasan, the rustic charm of spelt, and the resilience of rye. As the sun takes centre stage in summer, our sorghum, mung beans, and a variety of pulses absorb the energy of the North-West sun.
Currently, our produce is sent to local mills as premium organic grain. Yet we’re eagerly eyeing the horizon, aiming to venture into the world of organic single origin grains and flour.
The pride of our native and tropical pastures is our Speckle Park beef and Aussie White sheep. These quality stock are currently available in local NorthWest NSW saleyards. Our future dream is to find a specialised market where our exceptional products truly shine.
